I use different approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), grounding techniques, meditation, mindfulness and more to help clients manage their emotions effectively.

In individual sessions, we work together to identify underlying issues and behavior patterns that may be holding clients back from achieving the happiness they desire. We provide a safe space to share worries and concerns without judgment or criticism. We focus on helping clients become aware of their thoughts and feelings, understand why they behave the way they do, and make meaningful changes in their lives by developing healthier behaviors.
